Orders are requests

Submitting an order on this site creates an order request. It is not accepted or confirmed until we review it. If we accept your request, the order moves to awaiting payment and we send you a payment link. Your order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. We may decline a request, and we will include a reason when we do.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown at checkout are calculated from the current menu and any applicable delivery fee, and are re-checked by us when we review your request. No payment is taken when you submit. Payment links are single-order links that can expire; if a link expires or a payment fails, we may issue a new link or cancel the request.

Delivery

All orders are delivered. Delivery availability, service area, and delivery fees are confirmed during order review. Additional charges may apply based on the delivery address, distance, and order requirements. Times you select are requested times in Eastern Time and may be adjusted if we cannot meet them.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because catering orders require advance planning and food preparation, refunds may be limited once preparation has begun or ingredients have been purchased.

Your responsibilities

• Give an accurate name, phone number, and (for delivery) address.
• Be reachable and available at the delivery time you requested.
• Tell us about allergies or dietary needs in the order notes. Food is prepared in a home kitchen where allergens may be present, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.

Text message terms

The Amma’s Kitchen SMS program sends transactional order updates. If you opt in, text messages relate to an order you placed. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to place an order. We do not send marketing text messages unless you separately opt in to them.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do, and the current version applies to new order requests.
