• Your text-message consent choice, plus the time you gave consent and the version of the consent wording shown to you.

• Sending payment links and confirming payment.

• Sending transactional notifications about your order.

Text messages

Text messages are transactional only and relate to an order you placed: order status, payment, and delivery updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to place an order.

We do not sell or share your SMS consent status or phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the business. They receive only the information needed to provide their service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of order records.
• Twilio — delivery of transactional text messages, when text messaging is enabled.
• Stripe or another payment provider — payment processing, when payments are enabled.
• Google Routes — delivery distance checks, only if and when that integration is production-approved and enabled.

Retention and security

We retain order and customer information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use access controls appropriate to a small food business. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we make no guarantee of absolute security.

Changes to this policy
